1 INT. LIVING ROOM DAY
A smart phone vibrates on a wooden table in the middle of a well lit room.
KIKI, 14, reaches out, picks up the phone with her ring adorned hand, bringing it towards her.
She holds up the phone, revealing a picture of a group of girls as the background wallpaper, which is partially obscured by two message notifications. One being from a sender called ’Ian’, saying ’Are you ready?’.
She unlocks the phone with her thumb, and there is a messaging application open.
KIKI types: ’I’m nervous to meet u but I’m ready xx’ then deletes it. She replies with ’yeah bbz xx’ in a chat bubble in the app. IAN, 25, replies back: ’Me too. Can’t wait beautiful’.
2 EXT. STREET DAY
An expensive-looking car drives down a side road of a suburban London residential street.
KIKI, standing on the pavement, pulls her phone in front of her face and begins to snap the exterior of the car. Text appears: ’Look at my sick ride for today’ followed by love-hearted emojis.
KIKI (squealing)
"Oh my God!"
Meanwhile, the car slowly pulls in and stops close to KIKI. The car flashes its headlights and KIKI puts her phone in her pocket and speed walks toward the car.
3 INT. CAR DAY
KIKI gets into IAN’s flash car. IAN drives whilst KIKI persuades him to take her shopping. KIKI is on the front passenger sit filming the dashboard and the car journey, including buildings, skyscrapers and people commuting. IAN’s hand is firmly on the wheel.
IAN "Where do you want to go,
beautiful?"
KIKI "SHOPPING!"

IAN "You got it."
KIKI points her phone, while snapping, in the direction toward IAN.
KIKI "Don’t film me."
KIKI moves the camera away from IAN.
4 INT. FITTING ROOM DAY
KIKI snaps a huge collection of items IAN has bought her. She takes snaps, filled with expressive emojis, showing: bags, clothes, shoes and jewelery.
She models for the camera. She then walks out of the fitting room and models for IAN.
KIKI rushes back into the fitting room and grabs another dress that shows more cleavage. She then rushes out of the fitting room again to show IAN.
KIKI "Wait. What you doing?."
IAN "Come on, give us a little kiss.
Don’t I deserve a reward for buying you all those gifts, huh?."
KIKI "Just not now... OK."
IAN "What’s wrong? Why are you acting
like that? Don’t you like me?"
KIKI "Of course I do. Just a peck
then."
5 INT. CAR DAY
IAN sits in the driver’s seat of his car looking down at his smartphone in hand, touching the screen with the other.
On the screen there is a map with multiple cartoon people moving around, one of which is labeled ’KIKI’.
FADE TO BLACK:

The map follows KIKI’s avatar as it moves down the street, and a message saying ’Where are you going?’ is typed up in a chat bubble on the side from IAN.
A reply saying ’Just going for milkshakes with my friends xx’ appears in another chat bubble below from KIKI.
Another message is typed up in a chat bubble saying ’Any guys there?’, to which another response appears saying ’No, just girls’.
6 INT. MILKSHAKE SHOP DAY
The WAITRESS places the milkshake on the table in front of KIKI.
WAITRESS "And three strawberry."
The WAITRESS places the remaining three milkshakes in front of the other girls one by one, and then places the bill in the middle of the table.
KIKI holds up her phone again, aiming the camera at the table.
With her other hand, she rotates the bill to face the camera so it is visible.
On the screen of the phone, she types ’my treat’ over a recording of the milkshakes. Snapchat continues to record, a notification from IAN pops up.
7 INT. NIGHT CLUB NIGHT
A snapchat of alcoholic drinks is being recorded with a man’s hand holding it. IAN takes a long sip of his drink.
IAN and KIKI sitting in the bar, loud music playing, on a table drinking, there are several empty drinks.
MONTAGE: - Shot slams down on the table - More shots slam down on the table
IAN "You look absolutely stunning,
babe."
KIKI smiles. She reaches into her bag, grabs her phone, and starts to film her surroundings.

IAN "Hey! I’ve told you. I don’t like
photos."
KIKI "What’s the big deal?"
IAN "Hold that thought. I just need
to make a quick call. Stay here. Don’t go anywhere. I won’t be long."
IAN gets up from the table and walks toward the other side of the bar to make his call.
KIKI quickly finishes the rest of her cocktail and follows IAN.
FADE TO BLACK:
9 INT. HOTEL ROOM DAY
KIKI is laying on the bed, half awake, with the sunlight hitting her face through the closed blinds. She reaches for her phone on the nightstand with no notifications.
She nervously fidgets with her phone in her hand. She texts IAN, ’Where are you?’.
She notices the time on her phone and jumps out of bed with little clothes on, leaving her phone on the pillow.
Ian replies back with a voice note whilst KIKI gets ready:
In front of the dresser with a mirror, she removes a new set of clothes, a backpack that is tightly wrapped from her handbag and face wipes. In the process, a folder falls out and drops on the floor.
Then with a baby wipe from her handbag, she removes her make-up in front of the mirror.
IAN (voice note)
"Hey, Beautiful. Sorry I left like that. I had to go. I really like you. Last night was amazing. You’re a special girl, you know that? That’s why I want you to meet my friends at next week’s party. I want to show my beautiful girl off. Speak to you later, yeah. Miss ya."
She bends down to grab the folder that fell, revealing the frontcover, ’Year 9’.

She grabs her phone from the bed and snaps herself, with text ’Mondays suck’ followed with a sadface emojoi. She puts the phone in her pocket and walks out of the hotel room, shutting the door.
