G talks to Anton, his youth worker. G appears to be shifty and ready to flight. They are talking about something that happened earlier that day in the state.

Earlier that day G is with his friends chatting and listening to music when some youths approach. G perceives them as threatening.

Exterior day (cont) G runs away, he is struggling... looks down an alley, starts hyperventilating like he is having a panic attack.

Flashback night In an alleyway G and his mate Charley are attacked by strangers.

Alleyway flashback at night G is stabbed in the arm.

Interior YC (cont) In the kitchen... in a split second G picks up a knife.

Exterior YC (cont) G shadily leaves the centre.

Ext estate (cont) G arrives at the park and sees Kwame with the other youths... there's a confrontation and G pulls a knife... Kwame jumps on the way to stop G.

Anton is calming G, asks G what really happened... G is talking about what he feared could happen. G now tells Antony again.

Present day Same as in scene 2, now the point of view from G's mates; the youths are not threatening at all. Kwame notices G's not okay and checks with him.

When G runs away he gets a text message from Kwame. Tells him one of the girls from the other group is asking who he is.

Int YC (day) G checks his scar as he exchanges texts with Kwame.

Interior YC (same as 6) In the kitchen preparing a sandwich with a knife... txt exchange with Kwame keeps going on, he grabs a sandwich.

Exterior YC (cont) G, with a sandwich, leaves the centre.

State day Kwame calms and comforts G, dissipating tension with the other youths. There's a girl amongst the other youths.

Interior YC G tells Antony that he could have grabbed the knife... but he ended up grabbing food. Anton is helping out G deal with the trauma of what happened in the past, especially in understanding how his present is affected by past events.
