FILM TITLE: CATCHING 

 

SYNOPSIS:

Scene opens with a newsreel- it’s 2019 and disaster has struck- the population is crashing because of Chlamydia Maximus. The newsreader is grim. The clip pauses!

We zoom out from the TV screen as we’re in a classroom in the future. A robot teacher is giving a history lesson about the foolish humans in the past. But the students interrupt- that can’t be right that they did nothing to stop the spread of the disease. Children struggle to come to terms with an epidemic that wiped out their predecessors and discover that more could have been done to save the population.

 

If only they could change the past…
